Try before you buy
Storage Cleaner's scanner is free forever, and every Mac can clean its first 10 GB for free, with Undo and automation included. Please use that to make sure Storage Cleaner works for you. Because you can try it on your own Mac first, all sales are final, except in the cases below.
When we always refund
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- Your license key won't activate and we can't fix it within a reasonable time.
- You were charged but never received a license key.
- The law where you live gives you a right to cancel or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to request a refund
Email hello@storagecleaner.dev with your order ID (it's in your receipt email from Dodo Payments; the charge appears on your card statement as DODOPAY_STORAGECLEANER) and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment provider and merchant of record, and usually reach you within 3–5 business days.
After a refund
The license key is disabled when a refund is processed. Storage Cleaner's cleaning features stop working the next time the app checks the license; scanning stays free.
Bought on the Mac App Store?
Purchases made through the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Please contact us before disputing a charge
If something's wrong, email us first. We'll sort it out faster than a bank dispute can.
